Water is the first ingredient. Patience is the second.
The name is no accident, myzu echoes mizu, water, and that's the whole philosophy, stay close to where a flavour comes from. Each MYZU recipe is rooted in a drink people already know, the Masala Shikanji from a roadside stall, the Aam Panna from a summer kitchen, bottled so it's ready whenever you are.
Every bottle is glass, not plastic, and carries its own batch number, a reflection of craftsmanship, quality, and complete traceability..
